Fashion Trends: 5 Lovely Lace Tights

27 Oct

When it’s too cold to go bare-legged and too warm to don those thick tights or wool pants, what’s a good option for in-between? The answer is lacy tights.  A perfect, effortless accessory, lace patterns are borderline hypnotic when you stare long enough. But, beyond their psychological implications, they’re a very versatile (subtly sexy) option for leg wear.  Here are some lovely, lacy, leg-bearing options.

Hue Lace Tights, $18

Michael Stars, $48

Wolford Lace Garden Tights, $150

Givenchy Two Tone, $16

Betsey Johnson Rose Net Tights, $20

Have a bad history with lacy tights: bagging, sagging and other “aggings” (gagging?) due to not enough spring back in the fabric. Suggestions?

      1) you may have not bought the right size. 2) purchasing a pair with a small scale pattern ensures a tighter, more resilient weave – one less likely to stretch out. I hope that this helps!
