Welcome to the Gap, can I sell you some…really nice black pants?

12 Sep

I will be the first to admit that I never thought I’d be doing a post that not only focused on The Gap, but praised it.  I find that I can’t deny it any longer. Their new Premium Pants portfolio – a collection of basic black pants in seven different cuts – fits every butt, height, hip, thigh, and waist known to woman-kind.  They even come in gray and navy. They fit exceptionally well and are light weight (I hate a heavy wool trouser) with spandex that doesn’t lose its shape.  Reasonably priced on regular days ($59.50), this last week has seen a $35 sale on said premium pantalones (which will undoubtedly happen again). Who bought them up like Lululemon WunderUnders on sample sale? Moi.  Seven pairs later, I’ve refreshed my basic pant wardrobe, which badly needed refreshing in the wake of my tights/dresses/booties phase.
